5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once items are handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product is unopened and unused;

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival;

  • You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence (if applicable) may be required. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or personalized items unless defective.
