🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

📍 Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates via trusted local courier services.

Shipping Rates by Region:

  • Abu Dhabi – AED 20
  • North Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah) – AED 35
  • West Region (e.g., Al Dhafra) – AED 50

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above AED 300.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (dispatch takes 3–4 working days).

📌 Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier availability.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—global delivery is coming soon!


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.


🛑 Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Missed delivery attempts

You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-deliver the package.


📬 Delivery Delays

Velora Vibe is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Loss or theft of packages after they are marked as delivered
